About

A timeless, loving and hardworking person who makes her choices responsibly. Who understands that individual actions determine the destiny of the planet. One who made ethics her playbook, loves her religion, life and sets daily conscious missions and commitment towards achievement of dreams.

Entrepreneur since I was 17 years old, I was always recognized for having a look beyond the front where few people were looking.

I already had a luxury outlet, back then there were no outlets. I had communication agency, SPA, and also a large cultural production company. I promoted the first live broadcast of a show through the internet, I innovated by taking what they called a tent at the time, from augmented reality to a show, back in the 90s.

I was one of the creators and presenter of Repórter Eco, of Rede Cultura de Televisão, the first Brazilian television program that showed concerns about the future of the planet. I have also worked on several other projects on TV, radio and communication platforms, columnist of several newspapers, magazines national and international sites.

I have already published eight books, a best seller and have a book in the …….

Now I’ll tell you how I managed to do all this. I have been building what I call MY PERSONAL MBA. I have been studying human behavior, its transformations, development and looking for ways to experience all the learning, in several different ways. I believe in theory, in traditional schools and in new forms of education, however, for me, the practice, the doing, is in fact the result of the BEING. The human being only becomes, when he puts into practice what he has learned.

I live with great intensity, and I bring this depth to my profession, so I consider myself a friend and listener of neurons, liver, guts, heart and soul. My work with the individual, the being, involves a transdisciplinary integral diagnosis, in which I see the whole person, in the body, mind and spirit.

As most of the time I am working with executives and companies, I have brought knowledge of matters such as management consulting, governance structure and advisory councils, methodology in job evolution, HR tools, curating ideas in organizational development among other topics relevant to the development of small, medium and large human and business structures.

Just looking at the TER has never made sense to me and approaching the SER of the much-requested high performance gave me the opportunity to bring more knowledge to the methodology used by me over these 25 years of career.

One of the bases of this immersion in the being is the Ayurvedic Indian medicine that allows one to know the biological and behavioral state of each one. This particularity of knowing your own biology brings to my client the strength to outline his goals and objectives, establishing a better understanding of himself and the other, without being labeled by an assessement that sometimes does not fit him in the very near future.

In addition to ayurveda, I have incorporated disciplines and knowledge such as coaching, mentoring, counseling, sustainable leadership, social anthroposophy, psychology, psychoanalysis, integrative medicine, nutrition, meditation, neurobiopsychology, quantum physics, cardiovascular biofeedback, and various oriental techniques. A huge variety of sciences and disciplines, which also make up MY PERSONAL MBA.

As an Executive Life & Career Strategist, I participate in the lives of CEOs, Entrepreneurs, Counselors, and C-Level Executives to reflect on their career and life, make relevant decisions, and plan their next steps toward themselves and the companies they represent. This personalized service has already contributed to the formation of respected leaders, influencers, educators and communicators and of Brazil as a nation.

There is something empirical that motivates me and builds me. Those who know me clearly see this reflected in all my work and my career. I say to everyone and myself: do with love everything that falls on your lap! I do not believe in doing only things that we love, or what gives you passion. For me, this is the century’s bulge. Placing love in everything we do, that makes us an excellent strategist to plan our life and career.
What I do best in my daily life is to make people wake up to the most valuable thing within them. An awakening, which stimulates them, automatically, to do things with love.

This force of love, detoxifies environments and people, helps each one find its own equation for a full, healthy and prosperous life.

High performance that both speak, is only possible with fullness.

I am extremely connected with everything that has to do with outlining a new society. One of my great passions is to make people see things they do not notice in their daily lives. I am a great observer of life and studious of the trends and innovations of the world. The mental expansion that I can give to others, can only come from this digital archeology and face-to-face engagements that I am so much involved in.

This connection allows me to act as a healer and seeder of ideas, helping companies and people to innovate and thrive in practice.

All the work I have done for individual transformations can be replicated to groups. The consulting, workshops, lectures and immersions, places individuals in groups capable of seeking together actions to be implemented in their companies.

The consultant on human and organizational sustainability is still a new term. Without any modesty, this is a term that is not yet used or studied in the great universities of the world. It is a result of MY PERSONAL MBA. Bringing human sustainability to the business world is to end corporate short-sightedness, to learn to face rather than deny, to end up with “results cosmetics,” intoxicating and aimless meetings. It is to bring harmony, information, and complex systems of prosperity by having a vision of the individual as an integral being: body, mind and spirit, that is, practicing the science of wholeness.

The methodology was created from experiences with great leaders who brought me tools to minimize the most common issues which are least considered in the business world. A simple, easy-to-apply, non-dependable methodology that creates transformational leaders capable of replicating human sustainability by increasing company profitability and reducing talent losses.

One of my daily micro-missions is to be able to reformulate the reality of professionals and companies that believe that through human transformation and positive initiatives in the business world, we build a profitable product that respects human sustainability.

Ethics, love, spirituality, justice and respect are words that contain the most powerful component of leadership: consciousness. I live what I say, and I want it for you and your company.

My satisfaction lies in believing that my communication and my own transformation can become the center of formation of a new social connection, balanced communities and the productivity of the human soul – inside and outside the companies and people who have the desire to share with me this knowledge of awakening.

For more than 25 years, I have founded IDHL – Human Development Institute Lippi, where I have been dedicating myself to human development projects for respected companies such as: Votorantim, Scania, Fluor Brasil Engenharia, Aperam SS Brazil, Arcelor Mittal among many others. In addition to the corporate world, I also brought IDHL, my experience in communication, and years in the media, so that communication and media vehicles – national and international – were also served by my team.

My Personal MBA

I have formal qualifications sought by the market, more than that, I count on my ability to take my soul and my image as a symbol of coherence. I live what I say.

I live every day building MY PERSONAL MBA. I am always in search of new experiences and knowledge. Sometimes stereotyped people, who have formed opinion about everything and paralyzing certainties, may not realize how the linking of different knowledge makes the knowledge of life.

Each lived experience brought me a skill, an understanding, a deepening in my soul and the soul of the universe. Each item of MY PERSONAL MBA always contributes with reflections and focus on achievement. As a strategist, every choice of experience takes me to a desired place.

If you also want to do your PERSONAL MBA, you need to understand that formal education alone does not bring you to the level of mental expansion you need to be CEO of your own life. Being curious means being a scientist. Every scientist lives the experience. Therefore, I am building MY PERSONAL MBA in various places and with various subjects.

I’ll give you some examples from the beginning of my professional life. And it was early, at age 14.

I did typing course, rsrsrsr, the one you did not expect right? I sound like a bunny, quick as hell. And at that time being a typist was an important profession. Thanks to the typewriter’s typewriters, I transfer my thoughts today from the keyboards quickly and efficiently, into the daily lives of several people.

I also did a classic ballet course, my first show, I was the Goofy of Walt Disney. It was cute, but I was always an athlete. Ballet was a bit too young for me. I liked to bet on races, fall in arms and I had several experiences in athletics. The fencing gave me focus and elegance, swimming, which I engage in until today, gives me the freedom to go far in the sea. An inexplicable sensation of infinity. I also jumped from a parachute for the simple desire to fly. I believe that freedom builds the character of a human being.

Judo and karate have strengthened my Chinese tradition on the part of my father and my adoration and respect for millennial wisdom. I was a triathlete many years. I have also done riding, skating, skateboarding, surfing, soccer, volleyball and shuttlecock.

I took a diving course in Fernando de Noronha. Seeing dolphins up close and nature in harmony has helped me build a concept of human sustainability where I feel totally part of this web of life.

I’ve always been curious to know how things work and I like to put my hand in the dough. I did auto mechanics, civil construction for small repairs and renovations, permaculture, gardening, sustainable architecture and sewing. Ahhh, I still sew!

I participated in cooking courses from different parts of the world. The vegetarian cuisine of the KSA Temple in Campos do Jordao put me at the base of the balsam of flavors that the gods ate in the early days of Indian temples. I learned the use of aromas in India, while ayurveda was beautifully presented to me by my Indian medicine master, Dr. Ruguê.

The integral medicine, shared by Dr. Fernando Bignardi, my master in archetypal diagnosis, along with the millennial sciences, allows navigating among needles, herbs, postures, brains, food, touches, oils. For each symptom that I identify, there is always a knowledge that I seek and I dedicate myself to finding the best question, since the most important thing is knowing how to ask. Only the right questions bring the best answers.

The interest in Sufism took me to Turkey and I learned a lot from this culture. The Sufi twists are spectacular active meditations. Learning meditation in Nepal was a strategic choice, because I knew that if I were acquainted with the origins I would have the chance to respect humanity for its originality.

There were many international trips, but the trips to the interiors and Brazilian coastlands to live in the communities and learn from the local secrets of health and well-being, made me more Brazilian.

The Amazon, where I did a very special volunteer work, brought me to the center of the earth. Sleeping on top of the trees, listening to the Indians, attending to the riverside, opened a portal of knowledge that I will never be able to acquire in books and libraries.

In Europe, I traveled on the more traditional pages of Western culture. I studied philosophy in Greece, Italian, Spanish, Greek, German and English in their respective countries. I have always found it easy to adapt to new cultures and languages. Many lost within me, but the experience of learning to live together never ran away from the tip of the tongue.

I studied coaching and mentoring at the premier European School for Executives, a partnership of WABC and Middlesex University. And amazingly, England is the biggest distributor of quantum knowledge, with equipment, courses, ideas and archives that can only make a normal brain become a monumental brain. There was the beginning of my interest in the science of integrality, where all this knowledge is intertwined.

I knew Wicca wisdom, the oldest wizarding people in England. They are the ones who inspired the series Harry Porter. And yes, I did courses there, and these wonderful wizards taught me a lot about the five elements of nature and femininity.

Technology is part of my life as water is needed for my body. I always value new ways of learning. The era of digital education that deforms the old pattern of butt in the school chair, caught me right at the beginning. I have taken virtual courses on various topics at renowned universities such as Harvard and Standford.

I studied arts, music, cinema, theater, locution, technology applied to art, business etiquette, diplomacy, anthroposophy and anthropology to understand what we do with our communication and behavior and many more cool things that I can tell you later in a meeting at the School from the soul.

I selected books, films, documentaries, travel guides that could have me close to different communities, their problems and solutions. In many of these communities I had the opportunity to live closely and experience their dreams and achievements.

The house of friends and acquaintances has always been a great laboratory of behavior for me. Every time I stay or visit someone, or receive someone in my house, I know that I have a great opportunity to learn from this individual who loves me, and from there certainly comes great questions that I would not find elsewhere.

To have nephews and to live with children is another school. The school of transparency, curiosity, creativity and joy. I love children and they teach me how to live the moment fully. I gave English lessons for children, which amused me a lot. I miss classrooms with children who always want to know the whys and whys of life.
They say I must be about 1000 years old, to have acquired all this. But that’s me.
Looking at it, it might seem that I have never failed, never broken my face or pursued goals that did not work out. On the contrary, I have flopped many, many times. And these failures are also part of MY PERSONAL MBA.

I’ve already gotten involved with people who betrayed me and deceived me, I was lost in the work I loved, but it did not allow me to live my daily missions and put love in everything I did. It hurt, it was difficult, but I managed to get back into myself again and reconnect with the essence of doing everything with love.

Overcoming these moments was only possible because I understood that frustrations are part of life, which is also part of nature that gets us messed up many times. If it went wrong today, we have tomorrow to go there and fix whatever we can to fix. And if it does not, making the mistake is a big hit. To err is very important. Err as many times as you want, then you go there and hit it. That’s right.

I’m sure you have also done and established a lot of amazing things that have not found their way into your formal resume, but that have enriched your life immensely, have you not? How about starting to value and expand your PERSONAL MBA more and more as well? Go there and write down your successes and recapitulate the lessons of each failure.
