I try to be people every minute

I have a full life. Full of joy, full of work, full of determination and full of dreams. As a pisciana, I live thinking that I am only spirit. Many people ask me if it is necessary to even wake up early for Yoga and meditation classes. Yeah. Only by doing meditation can I do so much at the same time. Two things led me to India, to the Vedic sacred scriptures that began the study of Yoga. One was the joy of living and the other was the sense of giving. I’ve never missed a religion because I’ve always been religious. I have always believed in the strength of humanity and the light that comes from the universe. But, that question about the meaning of life (where did we come from, where are we going, what am I doing here?), Never stopped.

In Vaisnava philosophy, I found the reflection on the control of the senses and the spiritual consciousness. The body is only the abode of knowledge. From the basic principles we take detachment. Nothing is ours and nothing, except our soul, will have a way. There is no actual loss, end and separation. Car, house, things, people, everything has its place and does not mean that they are not important, but we do not cling to answers.

Have you noticed how we tend to cling, even to problems? We spent days and nights thinking about that thing or that person who did this or that. Patience and giving free us from this affliction. Just think that the meaning is not anything physical, nothing that we can take and take home. The important thing is to be optimistic and believe that giving the best of oneself to the world, to the neighbor and to the spirit, we find happiness . There is no purpose in life other than to pursue happiness.

My father always says, “Love has no action upon itself.” So we have to love doing something, dedicating time and sleep to more upright and serene goals. In this mystic, the first is the gift and the second is the oblation.Whoever is spiritual has heard the word oblation which means offering anything to God, by donating our own energy we shorten the path and do not need to make religious promises out there. With a little humility, we diminish unbridled desires and build desires that are closer to our reality.

I try every day with the help of the love that emanates from the people that are close, to be people every minute.
