I have a full life. Full of joy, full of work, full of determination and full of dreams. As a pisciana, I live thinking that I am only spirit. Many people ask me if it is necessary to even wake up early for Yoga and meditation classes. Yeah. Only by doing meditation can I do so much at the same time. Two things led me to India, to the Vedic sacred scriptures that began the study of Yoga. One was the joy of living and the other was the sense of giving. I’ve never missed a religion because I’ve always been religious. I have always believed in the strength of humanity and the light that comes from the universe.
