Anger, hatred and anger

Anger is an immediate feeling. It is when you immediately react to something that upsets you, without thinking about what might have happened to cause it, and without consciousness. Once again it is the conscience at stake. If you can turn an immediate bad emotion into a conscious thing, you can avoid the feeling of anger. Because there are always facts beyond those we see. It takes a few seconds for the brain to think about it before it raises. I think, I reflect, I understand what lies behind what would cause me immediate anger, and I hope, I ponder, I remain calm to analyze the problem. Ethics and power

Ethics is what governs our attitudes as human beings. I do not want to discuss the meaning of the word in the dictionary, but rather what I mean by ethics. I disagree with the view that it is only part of the professional field of life. I think ethics is like character. I do not understand how anyone can be ethical at work and not be at home. Because it is not about following professional standards. To be ethical is to act according to what you believe. You can only tell if there is ethics in your life when you can answer the basic questions of your daily quest: what do I want to do on this planet? Courage and fear

The word courage has been misrepresented over time. It has become a word of struggle . But for me, courage is not that. It is exactly the opposite. Courage has a peaceful meaning. It is the act of gradually experiencing. And try. To have the courage is to try. The word has much more to do with non-quitting than with striving for a result. Much more than knowing how to fight, having courage is believing. It is much more courageous who goes after a dream all his life, than who takes a gun and shoots. This is not courage, it is impulse.
