Consciousness and reason

Consciousness and reason

The word consciousness is revised in my vocabulary countless times. The reason is quite simple: in repeating the word I remember being truly conscious, of knowing how to listen to that inner voice – that we distance ourselves from growth. The basic thing about healthy life today is to be aware of your actions, your feelings, your desires.

The more we are distant from consciousness, the more we want the immediate. But while unconsciousness gives you only the pleasure of the immediate, consciousness brings you the light of what is really necessary, it leads you to perennial desires. It illuminates wisdom, what you need to feed every day. Everything in life is conscious, well done and has a much better result.

And a conscious being is superior to reason, which at times betrays, and to emotion, which uncontrollably.

Consciousness is a focus on truth. Not in the other, in your own truth. Focus on the truth. What do I really need to do in this life? When you answer this question, you begin to draw the guiding line of your consciousness.
