Experts agree that knowing how to listen is one of the most difficult skills to find and develop because, among other things, it requires putting oneself in another’s shoes, letting go of even their own paradigms for a short time, and assuming that others may see things differently.
In addition, we must be able to control the very emotions we may feel by listening to things that do not turn out pleasing to us, or do not coincide with our point of view, that is, with the patterns we have lived in our reality.
Developing this ability requires more than any other, a great willingness and willingness to achieve change of focus, conduct and way of seeing things. It is something that must be produced from within the individual.
