It happens to all of us. One day we wake up and regret our lives. We complain about the job, the bad luck, the husband, the children, even the neighbor … Actually we end up condemning ourselves and the others for not living up to our expectations.
We have a bad habit of convincing people that we do not have “what it takes” to make each of our dreams come true. We made a lot of excuses between one whining and another. The lack of social opportunities, money, age, health, and even the false security that the current situation gives us and at the same time taking the opportunity to fight for more satisfaction and fulfillment.
There is only one way to fight the “poor thing of me,” realizing that “self-pity” is a mirror of comparison to what we are not and should not be. The best image is true personality without comparisons with other people or situations.
Looking back is essential. It is not looking at the past with nostalgia and longing for what has gone away, but with certainty and certainty that from then on the evolution of our feelings and actions has been much greater than self-pity. Seeing all that we have passed and won, we conclude a part of our way on earth and can wisely predict other victories. They always exist and it’s silly to reward luck and not fight.
Continuous effort, not strength and intelligence, opens the way and teaches us to use our full potential.
