The Learn

Nothing has changed, only I have changed, so everything has changed.

The results we achieve in life derive from actions we take, so we understand that by modifying our actions we change the results at the same time. So in order to learn new ways of doing things, we need to carry out activities that focus directly on the results: to practice specific activities, to seek alternatives for action, to increase our culture, to have a rigorous planning, etc.

However, learning alone and our desire to change are not enough. At times there are facts that we try to change to solve an event that we consider problematic and even trying various actions, in the end there is no change at all.

Since the matrix from which our interpretations are born determines our actions, making profound changes requires that we first transform the matrix. For this, we have to question the presuppositions that govern us, our judgments, the evident affectivity and even our corporality. Transforming this platform, actions that were not aware before, become known and with this several obstacles are solved.

Nietzsche proposes that we and the gods cooperate in our own creation. By becoming an observer of the observer, I can sculpt the person I can become having to begin with a full awareness of who I am.

We human beings have a plasticity contrary to flexible systems in which the structure changes for a period of time and returns to its original state, we can make changes and our structure learns and is able to conserve it.

To learn it is necessary to put our certainties in judgment. To foster development, we must ask questions in the face of what we admit to be obvious.

Many people think that if they try to get information, people’s opinions about them will be negatively affected by evidence of their ignorance of the subject. However, as we have seen, it is the exact opposite, whoever does not ask is incapacitated to learn. Getting new knowledge transforms us as people, changes the observer that we have been until now.

Those who live from the questions conceive their life as a search path, and are usually

aware of the conjectural and provisional character of their conclusions.
